Nuketown 2025 Taken off of Call of Duty Servers

Nuketown 2025, the remake of the famous map from the first Call of Duty: Black Ops, was taken out of the game.

No specific reasons that I have heard about as to why the map is being taken out, but for those who pre-ordered the game were supposed to get this map, and now that pre-order is basically useless.
