I know, I know, this game came out in November, I am aware of that, but no new games that are worthy to write about come out until later. So why not write a review about this game, which is one of the more popular choices among people.
Graphics: 9
Graphics are nice for this game. Detail for the environment is good, weapons look nice. Quality of some items could be better, but still good graphics.
Story: 8
The story was not something I was very excited about. Sure it ended the story that began in Call of Duty 4, but the story was not as epic as it could have been. SPOILER: Soap McTavish dies, but most of you who played this game should know that, and his death was one of the least cinematic ever. Ending was pretty cool though.
Gameplay: 8.5
Gameplay was good. It was smooth most times and the game ran pretty well. Some occasional framerate issues as well as some glitches and bugs that might make you want to throw your controller at the TV, but overall good gameplay.
Overall: 8.5
The multiplayer is the main reason why the game has replay value. Spec Ops was better in Modern Warfare 2, but some of the levels are very fun. I personally enjoyed the game but the endless debate as to whether or not Call of Duty deserves all the fame it has is questionable.
